GigaBoots Podcast Epi 24 — 24
Dan, Bob, and Dr. Aggro host a podcast to talk about all the recent happenings in the gaming community and what they’re playing recently. From David Cage’s recent soapbox-ing to Kaos Studios story behind Homefront, GigaBoots covers it all. Well, most of it anyway. Okay, fine, just some of it!
correction — Dan attributes a quote to David Cage that he corrects near the end of the Podcast

First off: Yay for links ! So thanks for that. Secondly, I think i asked that before but would you ever consider doing podcasts/discussions for specific games (like GW2 for example) ? Kinda like QPs but more in depth about story, mechanics and your opinions after spending some time with it.
Also: 47 mins ? What the hell do you expect me to do with the rest of my day ?!

I have no idea what to do with the rest of your day but I will hopefully the get the site in “constant flow of content” mode pretty soon here (by next month hopefully.) As for the type of content you’re asking for, I kind of think our new format we’re working on for reviews will fix that. Maybe.

An entire podcast about Guild Wars 2? I know I’d be totally down for it.
…although it would probably end up being me starting sentences with, “You know how in WoW–”, followed by an awkward silence wherein Dan and Bob stare at me with increasing frustration at my apparent lack of ability to maintain awareness of the fact that neither of them have any real experience with the game. After that it would most likely be me attempting to stammer a brief summary of the mechanic in question, leading into a hurried and embarrassed explanation of the GW2 version of said mechanic, ending in my trying to make bringing it up at all relevant without the use of comparisons to World of Warcraft.
…sounds like every day of my life recently.
